Collection of artwork by Edith Emerson (1888 - 1965) American artist and companion to artist Violet Oakley. Collection includes; 1.) Sheet measuring 13" x 18" showing pastel of Mount Venon (SLR pencil). Sheet also presents two other pastels of unknown buildings (not signed). 2.) Watercolor of beach/shore scene with hut in distance. Sheet measures 9.5' x 11.5" and is SLR "Edith Emerson, Aug 1, 34". 3.) Watercolor/pencil of cherubs measuring 3.75" x 7.5" with note "To Anne Price who always radiates light. With love from Edith Emerson". 4.) Pen and ink of woman in reverse profile. Sheet measures 11" x 8" and is housed in mat measuring 14" x 11". Sheet SLR "Edith Emerson". 5.) Watercolor of mountains. Sheet measures 5" x 7" and is housed in mat measuring 12" x 15" (mat damaged with loss at upper right). Sheet is SLR "Edith Emerson" with notation at lower left "Geneva 1928". 6.) Watercolor of beach and mountain scene. Sheet measures 9.5" x 11.5". Sheet is SLR "Edith Emerson, Aug 9, 1934". 7.) Pastel of Italian village of Verona on sheet measuring 8.5" x 5.75".
