Dark gray/brown patina, poor bores, barrel cluster marked ALLEN & THURBER WORCHESTER on 1 web and PATENTED 1837 CAST STEEL on another, engraved receiver with center bar hammer marked ALLEN'S PATENT on left side, advances and indexes as it should, wood bag handle grip shows average handling with shallow dents and scratches. Good condition.
