LOT of (3) dolls. All of them have papier mache bodies and are dressed in antique white cotton clothing. Doll 1) "Sister" - 20" J. MADE IN GERMANY 13 129 with blue sleep eyes, open mouth, pale blonde mohair wig, plaster pate. Ball jointed body is marked (red stamp) Excelsior D.R.R. No. 70685 Germany 3. Dressed in lace trimmed dress, petticoat, chemise. Ivory/peach oilcloth shoes. Condition: nothing observed on bisque. Eyelids repainted. Age loss on dress. Doll 2) "Sister" - 24" C M BERGMANN HALBIG S & H 3 doll with brown sleep eyes, open mouth, long honey blonde HH wig. Ball jointed body. Dressed in lace trimmed dress with self liner. Pantaloons. Matching hat. White leather shoes. Condition: kiln crack behind right ear. Firing line over left eye IS NOT a hairline. Both hands have been repainted. Doll 3) 12" "3" Solid dome character baby with open/closed mouth. (This is probably K * R's first character baby simply called "Baby" in their advertising.) Painted blonde hair, blue eyes. 5 Pc. bent limb baby body. Dressed in gown with matching bonnet. Long slip, shirt, diaper. Condition: nothing observed on bisque. Light paint touch up on torso.
