Buyers are responsible for bringing help to move and load furniture and other large items. Please be respectful of the home and property at pick up. You are responsible for damage caused directly by you or your help. WE DO NOT SUPPLY tools or packing materials. Please review all of the photos of your lots so that you are prepared with tools for any necessary disassembly, and enough boxes and packing materials for your purchases. REMOVAL/PICK-UP OF ITEMS: Successful bidders will be directed to choose a time slot (during the pre-advertised time frame) to pick up their purchases via Appointy.com. Instructions will be included with your invoice. Pick-up times are scheduled prior to the auction opening so that you are able to make arrangements to remove your purchases during that time. The advertised pick-up times are the only times available for removal of your items. NO REFUNDS will be given should items purchased fail to be picked up during the advertised pick-up time frame. DELIVERY AND PICK UP OPTIONS: Delivery fees are in addition to the total purchase price.
