Pair of early American Civil War tie-on infantry captain's rank straps. Straps are triple bordered and measure 5" x 2.25" with ties measuring 5.5" in length capped by brass aglets. Straps in fine condition with no fading to color. Reverse of straps exhibit several small moth nips that are less than 1mm. One tie exhibits some fraying. Provenance: Gary Wolfer collection.
