1938 IDEAL "Deanna Durbin" dolls. Pair of dolls dressed in identically styled but different cotton print dresses, black oilcloth shoes with fringe flap. Both have brown human hair wigs. 15" Doll is wearing a rose dress with rick rack trim, eyelet collar, petticoat, teddy. 17" Doll is wearing a green dress with rick rack trim, eyelet collar, petticoat, teddy. She has a hat that has been added, a vinyl handbag and is walking her (tagged German) 6" black dog with glass eyes. (He is a squeak toy but no longer squeaks.) Condition: crazing, fine cracks. Eyes are losing their color. Wigs have been played with, restyled. Paint wear on 17" mouth. Age discoloration, fading on clothing. A very cute pair!
