1938 IDEAL "Deanna Durbin" dolls. Pair of dolls wearing original cotton gowns with attached petticoats; oilcloth shoes. 17" Doll has a brown human hair wig. Pale aqua dotted Swiss dress with rows of tiered ruffles. White fur cape. Black shoes with fringed flaps. Condition: crack over right eye. Paint worn on lips. Replaced panties. 21" Doll has a honey blonde mohair wig. Red taffeta bodice, white organdy sleeves and full skirt. Cotton panties. Gold shoes are the same but different colors. She is wearing a 1944 pin on bodice. Condition: as stated. Crack on inside of left leg. Overall condition: crazing, fine cracks. Age discoloration, loss on clothing. Both dolls still have some eye color. Wigs have been played with.
