American Waltham pocket watch with an ornate engine turned hunter case in 8k rose gold features a tri-colour gold design with flower. leaves, monogrammed shield, and a diamond accent. Single sunk dial is white with black Roman numerals and blue spade hands. Side wind, serial #4359859. Comes with a  24" long gold filled chain with a fancy slide accented by seed pearls and amethyst; missing a seed pearl. Can't change time (?).
